30 Day Policy


After our first call & email, we hold all customer items for 30 days. When those 30 days are up, we give customers a "Last Call" to remind all customer's of their items still being in our studio, and then give a week time frame to pick up. If items are not picked up after those 7 days, all items will be discarded WITHOUT the possibility of a refund. This also applies to unfinished customer items within our studio. 

 
First Come First Serve Policy 

Our studio tries hard to accommodate both walk-ins and reservations. But we cannot guarantee spots & open tables to any walk-ins, if our studio is fully booked or awaiting reservations. So please be aware that if you choose to walk-in, there is a possibility your party won't be seated.
